Holistic Therapy
During a session, I will use various holistic therapies to offer an alternative or complementary health solution to mainstream medicine.
People are exposed to different factors that can cause stress to the body on a daily basis. This can include; emotional stress, grief, trauma and physical stressors such as a food intolerances, micro organisms exposure, chemicals, metals, etc. Our modern-day lifestyle means that we simply can’t put ourselves in a bubble and avoid this exposure to various toxic substances.
Imagine the body is an empty cup at birth. Every time you are exposed to a stressor, a little more is added to that cup. If the number of stressors we are exposed to remains low, the regulatory mechanisms in our bodies can prevent the cup from overflowing by processing and eliminating these stressors. The size of the cup differs from person to person and represents an individual’s constitution. However, when the body is exposed to too many of these stressors at once, the cup overflows, which may result in a person becoming ill. This concept is known as Total Body Load.
As an experienced Bioresonance and EBT Practitioner, I work with my clients to help them discover the underlying causes to why they may not be feeling well. What’s filling up their cup? This is rather than focusing solely on the symptoms.
It’s important to note that individual results do vary, depending on the emotional and physical stress load the body is under. That’s why I use various holistic techniques; including both physical and emotional, to address the underlying causes of your symptoms with the aim of helping you to achieve their optimal well- being.
Emotional Balancing Technique (EBT)
Negative beliefs, thoughts and patterns are stored subconsciously within the body and can create patterns of behaviour and decision making based on fear, false beliefs and conditioning or programming. EBT helps identify where the beliefs are being held or stuck within the body and assists them to be released.
The subconscious mind can act like a tape player or an emotional library, matching triggers to experiences and beliefs from our past. Both positive and negative emotions play a significant part in our daily lives. These emotions are stored as ‘programs’ and determine how we respond to situations and experiences. Negative programs are often essential for emotional survival in the first instance, but sometimes continue to be activated long after a person needs them.
Unfortunately, what we resist, persists. We must access our fears and hurts to clear them vibrationally within our mind, body and soul. We must change beliefs in the subconscious mind if we are able to successfully think, feel and behave differently.
EBT enables people to function with more confidence in circumstances where otherwise they might be overcome with fear, anxiety or feelings of inadequacy. This therapy is unique requiring no 'remembering of the past', in order to free it. The client is fully conscious and awake throughout the entire therapy and does not involve hypnosis or any altered state of consciousness.
Clearing the body of stagnant energy and stress-holding patterns is essential for physical health.
